On March 30, 2021, Sasara Hua Hin, in collaboration with Issara, is preparing to hold its first Private Launch at the Khao Takiab location, emphasizing the concept of “The Art Of Escape,” integrating art into the project to create a unique identity that reflects a lifestyle away from chaos. Mr. Dithwat Issara, Managing Director of Issara Group Co., Ltd., revealed that after the success of the Tiwa Talay World project in Cha-am-Hua Hin, a joint venture between ICC International Public Company Limited, Sahapat Public Company Limited, and Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited, under the name Issara Group Co., Ltd., has received a very positive response. Currently, the Tiwa Talay World project is a mixed-use project consisting of condominiums, hotels, villas, and a commercial area that has become a new landmark in Cha-am-Hua Hin.
